Tickets printed at home is valuable and should be treated the same way as ordinary tickets. All tickets are read at the entrance to the match. If you as a customer negligent and there is more than one copy of your ticket, only the first ticket (barcode) being scanned will work.

PRICES
For all tickets there is a service fee. The service fee is a cost to sell and distribute tickets via Ticnet and this service is determined by and plucked out of the ticket provider Ticnet. HOME Supporters
Section 37 – This section is located at the south-east corner of Olympia. It is a dedicated and lively atmosphere with proximity to the southern standing and singing 37, where the most devoted HIF-fans are.
NOTE! This section is only intended for home supporters.

Singing Section 37 - On this section you’re able to sit or stand at the south-east of Olympia. In this section there is a dedicated atmosphere where the most devoted HIF-fans are.
NOTE! This section is only intended for home supporters. 
Southern standing - in the south section you’re standing on the south of Olympia. In this section is HIF-s most committed supporters standing and singing out loud.
NOTE! This section is only intended for home supporters.

AWAY Supporters
Section A - In Section A you sit on the north-west of Olympia.
NOTE! This section refers away supporters.
North standing away - In this section, tickets are sold to away supporters on the ground directly at the inlet one hour before kick-off on match days. You can also buy them through away team supporters' clubs via direct links to each match. Contact your club for more information.

DISABILITY RESOURCES
Wheelchair Places – Olympia has a total of 26 wheelchair seats. These tickets can only be booked by phone 042-37 70 37.
The same ticket is used for the escort which has a free entry. Note that there is no chair for escorts. Seats are located in section A & M, and above for Sections 20 & 21
Visually Impaired - Olympia has become the first club in Sweden to introduce seats to the visually impaired with loop set who refers the match live. These tickets can only be booked by phone +46 42-37 70 37. Escorts in the company have free entry and a chair beside without extra cost. Seats are located at the bottom of Section G.

MATCHDAY CAN BE CHANGED
On the tickets the Matchday and the kickoff time is printed. Matchday and time can be moved at short notice. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to insure to match the specified date and time. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to find out when the match takes place. Any change or transfer of the match is displayed on the club's website or via advertisements in the newspaper.

A PURCHASED TICKET CANNOT BE RESTORED
A reservation can be canceled until the tickets are paid. Distance Contracts rules on right of withdrawal do not apply to the purchase of tickets. A ticket which is paid at the time of reservation is regarded as a purchase, even if the ticket has not yet been delivered. The customer is bound by their purchase when payment has been made. The ticket is valuable. Lost ticket is not replaced in any case. If you received the ticket repatriation and print it yourself, you can print the ticket again. Note that it is only the first scanned ticket that will enter the game.

CARD PAYMENT TERMS
You may be asked to show the card you paid with. Therefore, the purchase of tickets on the Internet should always be done with your own card or that you are the holder of the card, i.e. card must be issued in your name. Only VISA, EUROCARD and MASTERCARD can be used.

TICKET MAY NOT BE USED COMMERCIALLY
Tickets may not be used for commercial purposes and are only for personal use. Tickets may not be offered in contests or re-sale without the club's consent. Tickets may not be sold at a higher price than what is indicated on the ticket.
